Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the 77ac platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 77ac, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

We recommend that you read this document carefully in full. If you object to any condition, please refrain from using our platform. For any questions, contact our 24/7 support team.

Important: Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and play on 77ac.

1 Account & Eligibility

Registration Eligibility

To open an account on 77ac, the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
Each individual may hold only one account.
Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Account Responsibility

The security of your 77ac account is entirely your responsibility. Please note the following:

Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with 77ac's security policy, we may verify your identity at any time as needed. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. 77ac reserves the right to close the account and seize funds if false information is provided.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited.

About Rocket: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal processing time: typically 10–45 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.

If irregular or suspicious activity is detected, 77ac reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

77ac offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000.

              Example 1:

              Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200

              Example 2:

              Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total Balance ৳28,000

General Bonus Eligibility Terms

Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, household, or device is prohibited.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
77ac may offer special promotions and cashback offers from time to time.
Each promotion may have its own terms — these will be communicated at the time of announcement.
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

4 Wagering Terms

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus).

          Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 total wagering required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
        

Some other important information about wagering:

Some games may contribute to wagering progress at different rates.
Certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering requirements.
Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete may result in the bonus being cancelled.
If the requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Gameplay & Code of Conduct

Acceptable Conduct

All games must be played fairly and honestly.
Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform is prohibited.
All rules must be followed while playing.
Game outcomes are determined by the game software and are final.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
Use of automated bots or software.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Sports Betting Code of Conduct

The 77ac sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on popular sports in Bangladesh — cricket, football, kabaddi — and international tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC). When betting, please keep in mind:

Bets will be settled based on official results.
If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded.
Taking advantage of match fixing or any misconduct is strictly prohibited.
77ac reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were published due to technical reasons.

6 Security & Verification

7 VIP Program

VIP Tiers & Benefits

By playing regularly on 77ac, you can advance through five VIP tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

8 Limitation of Liability

Platform Liability Limits

77ac will not be held liable for the following:

Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
Issues arising from faults in third-party software or services.
Service disruption during unexpected system maintenance or upgrades.
Any loss caused by the user's own carelessness in leaking account information.

9 Account Closure

Closed at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All balances free of wagering requirements will be returned before the account is closed.

If there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, false information, or illegal activity, 77ac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, bonus winnings may be forfeited.

10 Changes to Terms

Right to Modify and Notice

77ac reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you have accepted the new terms.
